We're proud to announce that Webstamp 0.7.0 has been released.

What does this mean?
We've made a release that takes us one step closer to actually having an
unstable branch to do development on.

How does 0.7.0 differ from 0.6.2?
The only change is that the version was bumped up. No changes in
functionality, features or documentation were made.

How can I convert a site to use the unstable branch?
Use "make upgrade-devel"

What's planned for the 0.7.x development cycle?
- Complete rework of the tarball directory structure
- Creation of "webstamp" command to replace the current "make <command>"
mechanism
- Creation of a webstamp Debian package
- Addition of the idea of a SYSLIBS, etc.
- On system webstamp site registration for upgrade need
tracking/notification, maybe even automatic upgrades
- Rework of the "make webify" process. Might even reduce forked process
count and stuff...
- Documentation
- Tutorial

Will all of that make it into 0.8.0?
Maybe not. I need the documentation and tutorial stuff the most, but
those would be obsoleted by a lot of the other changes I want to make,
so we'll probably do several things, especially the big change stuff.

Now to see how long it takes for 0.7.1 to get out the door. :)
