That appears to be the case.  I did not run across the Q data file naming
convention in the QUIZ manual thus my confusion.  However, it appears that
NODICTIONARY does indeed work with PORTABLE as no dictionary file is created
when that is specified but the Q file is.

Anyway it is all working now.
