QUIZ and subfiles

Something else is happening with this report script which is odd.  I cannot
overwrite and existing compiled report:

> BUILD QZART5AB DISPLAY                                             &
> "QZART5AB  V 1.1 - AR Top Accounts Net Revenue - Part III of III"  &
> "                You must run QZART5AA first."                     &
> "                Produces a CSV type file QZART5A2"
The file QZART5AB.TESTOBJ.HARTLYNE already exists. Ok to delete? Y
Object file saved as temporary file QUIZOBJ.

What causes this?
