I have since found out its not the days function as I had originally thought when the problem occurred.
While debugging , I found that it was the entered date.
Its when entering a date on a screen that has a year greater than 2019      that the century is becoming 1900 instead of 2000.

You guys scared me, I need to get about 2 more years out of “old faithful” before she gets put out to pasture… (I don’t need any date problems with next year…).

On Itanium/VMS at least, dates in 2020 appear to be working as expected…

Don’t know if it helps with the immediate problem, but it does imply that the core system engine is probably OK…

Importance: High

I honestly can’t remember if there’s a size limit, but even the days in the early 2000s were over 32,768.

Have you tried a simple QUIZ report displaying the value of DAYS(20200630)? Are you using 8-digit dates?

If DAYS is not working, you might try using DECIMALTIME without using any time portion, and set the base date to 20000101. That gives you days since January 1, 2000.

I’m only going by what the manuals say because I no longer have a working version of PowerHouse available to me.

Important .

We were trying to create a school calendar for the school year 201920      .   our program says that the days were created (between 090419 – 063020)   but nothing gets outputted .  the logic is falling thru our
 loops.

We have no problem creating a new 201819 calendar group

06/30/2020     is not converting right for DAYS function.

Please help as this covers MANY areas of our BILLING also.
