Hi,
Problem solved so don’t bother.
A user had setup his own monitoring doing connects to the port that was used by the Powerhouse webserver instance. That caused the port to stop working.

Subject: Powerhouse webserver shutting down
Hi
We’re running 6 PH Webservers Powerhouse 840F in an OpenVMS 8.4 integrity server.
We have 4 windows nodes running Web servers/PHCGI which communicates whith the OPenVMS PH Webservers/disptchers.
The problem:
On Wednesday one of the application Dispatchers suddenly stops.
After restart the dispatcher/subprocesses runs for a short while and the it either:
1. stops running but are alive – no cpu time done.
2. shuts down with following in the webserver.log for all running processes.
Request received at : Thu Aug 23 11:25:09 2018
Request content : SAVEEXIT
Bytes sent to Dispatcher : 11
Server shut down at : Thu Aug 23 11:25:09 2018
No other failed requests before shutting down.
Nothing has changed in the OpenVMS node.
I’ve checked quotas and som on on the running dispatcher process.
The developers/Windows people claims that no changes have been done in the Windows nodes. I only run the OpenVMS side.and
I’ve inherited this system on OpenVMS. I’m not a PowerHouse specialist...
How do I apply more logging in the phwebconfig.dat?
Anyone had similar problems?
Any help appreciated.
