Is there a quick and dirty way of defining a MS-SQL database and loading it with data from subfiles ?

Seeking the list’s wisdom:
I have an application already ported from MPE to Windows. The data is in Eloquence and DBISAM files.
Given that there is an existing dictionary that describes everything, is there a quick and dirty way of defining an equivalent MS SQL Server database and loading it from the Eloquence/DBISAM data source?
If I could “generate” the SQL tables matching sufficiently their descriptions from the existing dictionary, QTP should be able to handle the rest, without having to resort to converting subfiles to CSV format (which CAN be crudely imported into MS-SQL…)
Any suggestions?
Thanks
