FTP in batch

Seems that FTP was using different ports when run inside Axiant.
Network admin’s solution was to open all the ports.
Whatever, it’s now running fine.
Regards,
Stephen.

Subject: FTP in batch
This is an odd one but I’m desperate.
New PH/Axiant G install on Windows Server 2016 (I know, I know.)
The server is on a domain which I do not control.
Everything works under 2008/2012, and this is the only bit that doesn’t under 2016.
From the command line, FTP.EXE<ftp://FTP.EXE> can connect to an external site and up/download files.
When called from inside Axiant, however, it can connect to the site but hangs on a GET or PUT command.
I suspect it’s something to do with the calling program, but how would I go about determining what that might be or even if that’s it?
Many thanks in advance,
Stephen.
