Where is the Knowledge Base?

In the move from IBM to UNICOM, where did the Cognos Knowledge Base end up?
Is it still at IBM, or is it now on the Unicom SI site, or even somewhere else?
Can you access it without a login?
Sorry to be so clueless.
As an aside, is there a way to get a UNICOM login that doesn't take a million emails and three months?
Thanks and regards,
Stephen.
