I was in the audience for that presentation. IIRC, it was a reprise of a 
similar presentation give at an earlier Interex convention. Interex was 
the users’ group for the HP3000 and held well-attended annual conventions.
 
I still remember Matt explaining the Quiz access statement and its use of 
buffers and calling them “the sticking together place”.
 
OMG, we’re getting old J
