Powerhouse on Linux issues

I don't remember the right feature names and I don't really have the time to
look them up just now. That said, I am assuming this is moving from HP -UX
to some sort of Linux. I am also assuming that Powerhouse on Linux supports
HP terminal types, it is probably their UNIX code base so one would expect
it would. It's been a while since I had to deal with things like that but
one thing I would suspect would be the availability of an hp2392 or hp70092
definition in the termio or terminfo or whatever it is called on that
particular variation of Linux. We've had to copy such scripts from HP-UX to
Linux distros in the past.

For QCTerm, write permissions on the QCTerm subdirectory?

Maybe it can read the SFD file, but can't write it back.?

When I put QCTerm on a Linux client (not server), I also have to make sure I
put some missing dll files on the Wine drive. (MFC70 or 90?) Although I'm
sure you got past that point else you couldn't have got it to work.

Hello All.

Anyone out there running PH on a Linux server?

My brother called and they are trying to migrate from Unix to Linux and have
found two issues.

1) The function keys are not displaying. They tried Reflection and
QCTerm

2) The .sfd file is disappearing after you exit QTP. The .sf file is
still there. They can see the file by doing an ls inside qtp but it is gone
when they exit.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ken
