HP3000 MPE/iX Cognos on Servers A500 & Server 979 Architect issues

I can't remember exactly when or with which version, but Architect is no
longer supported. You would have to generate PDL from Architect.

Does anyone remember the issue with Cognos 839 , Architect, And the A500
vs. 9X9  servers?
Was it that we would have to migrate to PDL or just loose the Architect
Functionality?
