PH fatal error 1614

PowerHouse 8.43 on HP UX.

We are getting the above error on a random basis for one of our (in
use long time) Quick screens.  It follows a notice of a 'Memory
Fault', after the screen has called a shell script (which completes
successfully) and 2 compiled QTP programs (also successful).

9 out of 10 times, all is well.  The 10th time doesn't seem to be
related to any group of data or particular PC/Reflection setup.

IBM apparently has dropped all the PH documentation web pages, so no
way to look this one up.

Any idea what it is?
