ACCVIO, PH840G on OpenVms 8.40 on Itanium

Hello,

we have upgraded to PH840G and OpenVms 8.4 and are getting random ACCVIO in qtp.

Is there anyone using PH840G on OpenVms 8.4 (Itanium) with success?

Is it correct understood that PH840G is not tested and approved by IBM to be used on OpenVms 8.4?
