QUTIL and PHTEMP variable issue?

Good to know you survived.
My point was that *Cognos* ADT customer support has been let go.
Who will provide that depth of knowledge?

Customer Support has not been let go. There may be some personnel changes 
but that's not unusual. My point was that you can log a call and find out 
if this is a known issue. And then log a problem report if it's new.

Has anyone else encountered an issue when using QUTIL (8.41G, Windows) to 
create Eloquence databases? It consistently fails with "unexpected 
arguments". If I 'unset' the PHTEMP and PHTEMPKEEP environment variables, 
then everything works fine. This is with Eloquence B8.00 on Windows XP 
SP3.

Error message included below:
