LMAO, I wondered when this would get out.
I think we just stepped back 15 years when Cognos thought they could use
regular customer service staff to handle our problems.
I made a call back then, once....the response I got was "recompile your
code"....I went ballistic.
I think the end is getting closer, without this list server, there would be
nothing for us.
And I exclude Bob Deskin from any of this....he is the best and I know he
cares.

Has anyone else encountered an issue when using QUTIL (8.41G, Windows) to
create Eloquence databases? It consistently fails with "unexpected
arguments". If I 'unset' the PHTEMP and PHTEMPKEEP environment variables,
then everything works fine. This is with Eloquence B8.00 on Windows XP
SP3.
Error message included below:
