Realtime transactions on Powhse 8.4, Openvms 8.3, Oracle 10.2

Where do these transactions come from? Can they be "posted" when they are 
first entered?

What is the interaction of the users with the two files?

HI ,

We currently use qtp to 'post' records from one fle to another in batch 
mode. This is done when users are off the system.

What do I do to post these transactons real-time , with users on the 
system?
