Checking records during Append

Oh boy, finally got the d**n thing to work.  Thanks to John Pickering's reminder about using the FOR loop to check the displayed rows (pre-update) and OLDVALUE.
The code is not pretty - contains multiple passes to get all combinations of stored, new, altered - to make sure user can't enter mismatched pairs of records. I decided not to try to force them to enter both records - too many worms in that can.
