execute dynamic query using .qks file

Hi All,
 
Please let me know if any one has knowledge of how to go about this in powerhouse 8.13.D  version i.e I want to know the syntax.
 
1) Create a dynamic query based upon the input text entered at the screen
Execute it and display on the screen using .qks file
 
or
 
2) I have created a pl/sql procedure in the database which will create a dynamic query string .
I need to know how to call this procedure in .qks file and execute the query and display the records on the screen.
 
Any help on one of the two topics will be helpful.
