Data Expression Error

Good Afternoon PH Listers:
 
Well, I've spent hours with debug over a smoking Ghost screen that is displaying "Data Expression Error" on exiting to the calling screen - and of course causing a condition that displays a screen statement error...
 
Can anyone give me an idea of how to narrow this down? I've checked all the usual suspects and the called program is not displaying or exhibiting any error conditions when evaluating ITEMs, LETs, etc. So I'm wondering if there's a screwed up file ACCESSOK or something obscure like that. FWIW the program works AOK - it outputs to an Rdb Table, and so on....
