Question on opening a powerhouse

  FILE DICT.PUB=<root file of dictionary database>

   I believe the file equation

   I believe DICT/3000 was not year 2000 verified.

   Certainly, QDDR , a PowerHouse application to maintain a DICT/3000 database, was not!
   QDDR was written in PowerHouse 5.01.E1.

  All versions of QSHOW on MPE/IX should be able to access a DICT/3000 database because
  users want to generate the PDL equivalent of the DICT/3000.
