Question on opening a powerhouse

I have a copy of cognos on an hp3000 and want to look at a DB dict file.


perpaypd

What are the file equations to get this done?

I have several flavors of cognos to get the correct version... just need the
instructions

like file phd=perpaypd

run xxx.phxxxx.cognos
