Compile Dictionaries for Different Character Set

PDL and PHD give you the ability to specify the collating sequence and 
upshift/downshift tables. Look at the Reference manuals under system 
options. There is no way to directly specify a code page.

Hello Team, 

The dictionaries are compiled for different character set on the basis of 
ISO_LATIN. 
For different ISO LATIN there are changes done in dictionaries for upshift 
,downshift localization. 

What changes will be required for using Greek character set , The 
ISO_LATIN_7 is being used for Greek character set. 
What changes should be done in the dictionary for compiling the dictionary 
with iso_latin_7.
