Powerhouse MPEx conversion to Unix

Hi,

I have done quite few such conversion and until recently I worked for a large HP3K to HPUX migration firm in Montreal, converting from Powerhouse to Cobol, Suprtool and JCl's. If interested I can help you out as I am out of contract right now. 

As a general rule the one aspect of the conversion to consider carefully is the PDL. Axiant will transfer the data however you have to make sure you build a performant RDB at the UX side and not copycat Image, eg: decide how to handle the Automatic master sets, high and low level items etc.. If you don't you will regret it later on. As far as the code is concerned it will be about the same but logic changes may be needed depending on the PDL changes, if you create or execute MPE commands within powerhouse, and few other details.
