Try the confirmer program parameter along with the MESSAGE POPUP option on
the SCREEN statement. Look in the Rules book, Chapter 2 for the confirmer
parameter.

I tried the confirmer parameter without the MESSAGE POPUP and the message
gets truncated. But with the two of them, I get a nice popup message box
with OK and CANCEL.

Hi All,

I'm looking for a tidy way to mimic how Access uses a message box and y/n
to confirm an action where you don't want to add a visible field to the
layout of the screen. I'm thinking maybe a little popup screen that you
call passing the y/n variable.

Has anyone got something already written?

Thanks!
