Quick (As in QDESIGN) Question:

Hi All:
I have found the PH 7.10 picks up the dictionary initial value but not the PH default i.e. if I wanted blanks placed in the value list of an insert then I needed an item statement but if there were a dictionary initial value clause it show up in the database.
