Problems: Apache upgrade to 2.2 and PHCGI.exe

Hi,

The web server is currently running on Apache 1.3.19 on Windows.

I want to upgrade to apache 2.2 but I get strange behaviors when using 
this version.

The CGI is placed in the correct folder and is correctly identified as 
so in the Apache config file using ScriptAlias.

On the page, the script get to run on the first instance but the 
PHCGI.exe get downloaded by the browser instead to show the search 
results on the next page.

Any suggestions?
