AS400 v607F upgrade from v5r2 to v5r4

Hi Marilyn

We are currently running v607F after upgrading from v5r2 to v5r4. 

After the upgrade we had issues with "dictionary is locked for update" 
errors for which we had to obtain an old RTL.  Unfortunately the RTL 
introduces QTP errors in "rare circumstances"  which turned out to be when 
it was creating large scratch files. 

We've now been running v607F on v5r4 for over 8 months without any 
Powerhouse problems.

I will look through our documentation and find anything relevant to the 
upgrade for you and try to find our procedures for fixing the QTP errors.
