Make sure that you read the PowerHouse 4GL 8.30 for OpenVMS Upgrade
Guide available from the customer support web site at support.cognos.com
under Documentation. Also, read the 8.40E Release and install Notes.
There is a section on converting your PHD from 7.10 to 8.40E.
