Obviously I'm biased. However, the advice I always give when someone asks
about this is to make sure that the solution works (i.e. gives you what
you need), works for a reasonable cost, and is a solution that will be
supported.
Note that most other languages are going to require much more effort to
maintain.
On another note, I briefly looked at Python, and it didn't look very
4GLish to me. Maybe I didn't look closely enough.

Does anyone know if there are any utility or any company out there that
has a utility that could convert Powerhouse code (Quiz, Quick & QTP) to a
different language, specially open source 4GL code like Python...
