PHCGI on a seperate server and IE7

Hi Peter,

I tried it with changing the security settings and it's working.  But 
like I said earlier, I can't ask ou customers to change their security 
settings for our web site.

Quickest and easiest solution is to move the web site to the same server 
as the CGI.
