Our HP-UX administrator increased some sizes and now everything appears
to be OK (until the next problem).
Here is what he said:
"Well I fixed the problem for now it seems. MRP and the other reports are
now running completely.
I increased the number on ,
maxdsiz
maxssiz
maxtsiz
shmmax
from 134217728 to 234217728."

rate. There wasn't enough memory for all the uncommited transactions. I
added COMMIT AT 5000 TRANSACTIONS and the problem dissapeared.

Anybody else run into this message? Is this message coming from
PowerHouse, from Oracle or from HP-UX?
Apparently, there is a dynamic memory parameter set somewhere that needs
an increase?
