Powerhouse 7.33.D3, Hp-Ux 10.20, Quiz.
We have an report that uses an environment variable and a CHOOSE in
Quiz, where we want to SUPPRESS the automatic echoing of the value of
the environment variable being used for the choose.
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any way to do it: we are the
point of desperation, we have actually stooped to reading the manuals!
Here's an example:
/hbms/payroldv/source> quiz NOLIST
Environment variable used for CHOOSE : 50222.
/hbms/payroldv/source> quiz NOLIST > /dev/null
Environment variable used for CHOOSE : 50222.
So, what we're trying to do is suppress the line "Environment ...".
Any wise ideas?
