PH 8.40C Compatibility With OpenVMS 8.3

Anyone out there running PH 8.40C on OpenVMS 8.3?
 
My understanding is that PH 8.40C (being an older version) is untested by
Cognos on the latest OpenVMS platforms, so am just wondering if anyone else
has tried it and found any issues.
