How to use Quick screens documentation.

There used to be a booklet published by Cognos, I think titled  "Your Guide to QUICK Screens".
It was written for the end user. Is this still in print or available in electronic format (pdf file)?
Bob any chance this is laying around somewhere in the archives!

If not, I am trying to remember all the ins and outs of "in field" editing in Quick. In particular,
how does one insert characters into a text field, they are editing.
The Insert Key on a VT100 did not work in my tests.
