Fatal error 635

You could always add a routine to write a count to an RMS record each time
the screen is called - date and time stamped key etc.. - at least then you
would get an idea of the number of times the screen is executed before a
failure occurs, and if this is relevant to the particular problem. I noticed
some comment on this subject which suggested running the 'problem screen' a
fixed number of times only and then restarting a new quick session and
passing the next record key to start at.

I believe that this error relates to a maximum number of times that screens
can be called in a single process using the "run screen" command. I think
it's either around 32000 or 64000 times. This will normally pop up when
you are running a batch process and processing a large number of records
which involves calling other screens to do processing.

As far as I know, there is no solution except to limit the amount of data
being processed or remove calls to other screens from the process.
