*Fatal Error* *776* Notify Cognos Customer Support

Hi 
One of our quizes has failed with following error.

*Fatal Error* *776* Notify Cognos Customer
Support^G/disk1/uketddsnlp/common/shs/eiies1.ksh[80]:
19852 Abort(coredump)

Has anybody encountered this error before?
