Starting Licensing Server

Help!  33C, power outages and the boss watching the store whilst the
technical guy who REALLY knows what he's doing is on holidays!
 
Does anyone remember how to start a Powerhouse 7 licensing server
(daemon) on HP Unix (10.2)?
