Developer - Wiltshire, South West - Please Quote

To be fair, this and one other that I can think of, are repeated every 2-3
months so I'm not sure why this position is always turning up. 
In the other 'repeater', they are asking for an Oracle DBA ( circa £50k pa )
to join them at £30kpa, and in return the DBA will be trained in Quiz! What
a howler :)
