What are the DD00@ type files used with PH Architect?

If I remember correctly and it has been at least 20 years since I worked on
the Architect.
These are the data definitions for the Prototyper/Documenter.
 
Similar to the data files of an application, these are the data files for
the Architect.

Like, DD0003, DD0004 . . . DD0058.

 

What do they hold?  Any ideas?  Most are empty.

 

Seems to be something like table long names, screen names, etc.
