New SupportLink format

G'day all

Since Cognos changed the Format of SupportLink to be web based and monthly 
I have hardly bothered to reference it as it has become more difficult to 
find items of interest to me.

What do you all think of this change in format for SupportLink?  Is it 
more useful or less than the old printed magazine format?
