IMHO if you're not interested in the HP3000 entries list, just ignore it.
I believe it's disrespectful to make fun of somebody else's work of 11
years. It may be a joke for the sender, but at the receiving end it's indeed
not funny, but rather insulting. In other words, the joke was badly chosen.
As a result everybody disagrees with everybody and the joke sender has
created a hostile environment in our forum.
You should have just ignored it. Who knows what 11/1/2008 might bring to the
seller...

I'm not personally interested in Jim's list either, but in the past we've
allowed people to even sell themselves by means of CVs or job vacancies. As
a forum we should treat Jim's offer in the same manner. It's not like he's
selling on old TV or piece of furniture or something. It is in fact related
to the PowerHouse work environment.

Think about it for a few minutes and then just let it go. This subject is
not worth making enemies over.

To clarify.....
1. If I hit the list with this twice today then that was by accident and not
intential. 

2. The list is 11 years old in total, I have added entries to it as recent
as this week, last week and heavily since Aug. of this year when I was
looking and finished a California gig before I started with 3M in Oct.
