Fair enough, you've made your point.  However, how useful is a list
that's up to 11 years old?    Also, spamming the list twice in one day
doesn't work for me.

And I disagree, I believe there are persons out there with Powerhouse
skills who are contractors or considering IT contracting/consulting who
would like to receive a list of a retiring contractor/consultant of
1,321 entries from 11 years of accumulating. 

Give them a break and allow the free market and speech of the "lists" as
a forum to receive this information and decide for themselves. Perhaps
there's a guy out there who could hit just 1 employment possiblility out
of over 1300 contacts and keep working?
