new feature request - user defined functions

Allow Quick, Quiz and Qtp to call a user defined function that is
defined within a library.

An example of it's use would be for check digit calculation/validation
and encryption/decryption routines. Both here and at previous sites I
implemented the code in USE files. This was fine with the check digit
routines but not the encryption routines as the encryption method and
key(s) were easily seen (we had to roll our own encryption routines as
the auditors were after something stronger).

This feature would also enable the developer to include the mathematical
functions (sin, cos, tan, etc.) that have not been implemented in
PowerHouse.
