Powerhouse Dictionary Generator for Oracle

PowerHouse interfaces with relational databases using the database
schema rather than having the entire layout within the dictionary. To
access a relational database, all you need is a DATABASE statement. You
can then go into QSHOW and look at the tables and columns.

Is a Powerhouse dictionary generator for oracle available, similar to 
the ITOP program used for the Image DB on an HPe3000 ?

Or

Does someone have a PH dictionary for some or all the Sungard Banner 
System 7.x ?
