SV: portable subfile from Windows to OpenVms

Hello all, back to office after weekend.
 
This suggestion was the trick, I removed the cr and lf elements from subfile dictinary and now the file works fine. Thanks Joe and all others for your help!

	having taken another look at your data below, I suspect that all you need to do now is edit the .psd file and remove the references to the cr and lf elements and that should do the trick.
