PH can see Oracle, but displays no records on the Oracle database

Hi Brett:

   You can set the owner on the command line, in the dictionary,
   in the resource file or in the code.

   You can also compile with the NOOWNER option.
   This is useful if you want to run the same code on identically structured
   but different schemas ( i.e. different owners ).
