Error linking PH 8.43.D1 to Oracle Database

Deja Vu?  Didn't we have some postings on this issue 2 or 3 weeks ago?  Are

More background information for this error...

PH and Oracle are running on AIX version 5.1

Oracle version 8.17, which is the highest Oracle veriosn to run on AIX
version 5.1.


We have recently upgraded from PH 8.13.d2 to PH 8.43.D1 so we can do a
proof-of-concept using Oracle as the database.

We are currently getting this error...
