I will try it but I have little hope.
 
I just converted the file to a sequential one using convert file/fdl....
And still, records are presented the way of the former primary index.

Actually, I guess you wouldn't even need to use a logical, you could just use the same VMS file spec for the sequential file as for the indexed one...

I think what Joe was getting at is to define a sequential file in PowerHouse and point it to the indexed file using a logical.
