We recently finished testing Oracle 10g Release 2 with PowerHouse 8.43D1 on HP-UX and found no problems. The latest Supported Environments document, released in early March, has this information, so it's recent and the partner may not be aware of this. I have not heard of any issues specific to Oracle 10g Release 2. If the partner has information that is different or they have specific concerns, please ask them to contact Customer Support.

Subject: Oracle, PH8.43 on HP-UX

	Hi all,

We are in the first steps of the migration process from MPE/iX and Image to HP-UX and Oracle.

Our local Cognos partner recommend us to install Oracle 9.2i instead of Oracle 10 Release 2 because of compatibility problems with PH 8.43 but I'm not sure about it.

Is anyone working with HP-UX (PA-RISC), PH8.43 and Oracle 10.2? Is there any problem?

	Regards,

	Daniel Rodriguez
