Powerhouse QTP Fatal Error 586

Hi all,

 

When running a basic QTP program I received the following error. Does
anyone know what it means? This was not the first request in the QTP nor
would it be a large update.

 

Executing request UPDATE_CORP_ACCOUNT ...

Error opening work file: QTP terminating.

*Fatal Error* *586* Notify Cognos Customer Support^GAbort (core dumped)
